"Glenn was very polite and worked very hard, but I think that there was something wrong with his machinery, because after he left, when i walked on the carpets they were soaking wet and even after 24 hours the rugs are still wet. For some reason he didn't extract the water as it should have been done. We have always cleaned our own rugs and they dried within 24 hours. I did not call him about this as I am having company for Easter and do not have time for him to come back. I have just turned up my heat very high in the house with the hope that it will all be dry by tomorrow. Very disappointed. The carpets are all very clean and nice, but too much water remained in the carpet. He should check his equipment."

We were thinking if they could do the fridge and cabinets and all the stuff that when people come and look at a house to buy, it would be nice if that was all clean. Because it said "custom" that's what we were thinking. But then when they got here, they said, "Oh no, it's just a regular cleaning," which had already been done. So, it didn't work out that well for us. They did clean the fridge and they said that that was normally extra but they would do that for us. There was no additional cost. Their cleaning was okay."
