Thatâ s the only thing Iâ d mark them down on: communication while waiting. Installation team was good and cleaned the area well. Very happy with the results."

"Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

One quote accepted a technician came and measured all windows and door. <br /> 2 week lead time on factory order and 2 weeks to schedule installers. One and a half days to install and trim. They were very careful of interior of house and exterior landscaping. Very clean professional finish work. <br /> 4 Seasons Homecrafter was factory authorized installer of Sunrise Windows. We had five other contractors submit bids. Sunrise Windows was best quality window hands down of all windows (performance and appearance). 4 Seasons Homecrafters significantly out bid another contractor authorized to install Sunrise Windows and better priced than the other products that were as high quality (By quality I mean specific performance and cosmetic features and not just a general statement). Of all the sales persons 4 Seasons Homecrafters only focused on the product they sold and not on trying to and quot;bad mouthand quot; the competition. <br />"
