"Met with Nelly to get quotes on siding for home. After an afternoon, we decided to replace all existing siding, windows, soffits and gutters. We had just put on a new roof, so it wasnâ t included. The crews were amazing! Very professional in appearance and attitude. These fine individuals were directed by project managers, one for each step of the project. This not only translates into a better experience, but it also means each crew specialized in their work. Windows, then siding, soffits and gutters ended the work. I canâ t thank them enough for the experience! The house looks amazing! The colors and finishes are exactly what we picked out, we were in direct contact with management for any questions, and never once did we regret our decision. We are still getting compliments from neighbors on our house! Thank you Ridge Top for all of your help and support! AJ and Melissa Sarasota"

"Lamont did an excellent job of replacing the carport posts, replacing the wood of the fascia and painting. I would definitely hire him again."

"Joe and his team from Island Property Maintenance and Repairs were fantastic from start to finish. Joe was responsive to my needs and was more than willing to quote the job in stages so that I could monitor my budget. I paid the company as the job progressed. Joe sent out a three man team and these men were professional, talented and worked hard all day. They continually checked with me about any issues as they arose. I would highly recommend Island Property Maintenance and Repairs and will definitely use them again for any future projects."

"Very easy experience and a reasonable price! Jon was out the same day to provide a quote for some minor stucco repairs. He was back a few days later to complete the work, and everything looks great. Would highly recommend if you need stucco work done!"

"To replace a roof on your home can be an overwhelming event. But the professionals at Total Home Roofing bring unparalleled experience to the job that clears the fog of uncertainty about replacing your roof. During our first visit from Travis, he walked us through what to expect with replacing our roof. He was available for follow-up questions and was always honest and clear about the process. After the job was complete, he even called back to make sure we were satisfied, and everything was as we discussed. Then came the actual replacement of the roof! The Supervisor of our project was Eduardo, who was just as amazing as Travis. He was constantly communicating about what was happening and what to expect during the process. He let us know that if we had any questions or concerns, to contact him, and he would resolve or clarify so we were fully informed. Anytime I called Eduardo, he answered the phone and was available. Then if that wasn’t enough, I received daily updates from the main office of what was going on the day before and what to expect that day. Total Home Roofing made this daunting process less stressful. They went out of their way to communicate and walk with us through this event. Thank you, Total Home Roofing, Travis, and Eduardo!"

"There was some type of seam tape that had to be used to stop the leaking. The Morgan Company did not charge us even though we were prepared to pay for a maintenance visit. They also had re-roofed our home about 2 years ago and did a great, great job."

"Tisdale did an amazing job. I purchased a distressed property through the FHA 203k program. The house is a 1924 Spanish style home. I had met with at least 5 contractors in addition to Chris Dowd from Tisdale. Most of these other contractors, while having glowing reviews on Angie's List, were more of "New Builders" and didn't seem to have much experience with older homes. This house needed a lot of work, but I knew it would be worth it to fix it up if I could find the right contractor. I had a firm budget and a long, long list of things to fix.

When Chris first met me to go over everything it needed, I could tell he had experience with older homes as he gave very specific details about the repairs that were needed and how he would handle them. Then he told me that he was in the process of restoring his own older house and I knew I had found the right contractor! This was an extremely complex project, with a lot of paperwork due to the 203k. Chris, Peggy and Hope handled everything extremely well. I always had a phone call or email almost immediately when I had questions, and Chris kept on top of all the subs, paid close attention to detail and kept the project moving constantly and on budget. And anything that wasn't right was fixed immediately. We had 6 months to finish everything and they did it in 3! Great job, Tisdale! I love my new (old) house!

"So far so good. We decided to make the first payment so John could submit paperwork to the factory. When the approval from the home owners association came the factory was ready to begin our order. Each window and door is custom made to fit the openings, which you can imagine are anything but identical. John had informed us that once he placed the order, it would be 6-8 weeks. We'd hoped for sooner than later to be ahead of rainy season, but they did arrive at just about 8 weeks. By then daily thunder and lighenting storms were a reality and this did result in the installation taking longer than anticipated. The doors and windows are installed from the outside. In T-storms, the crew had to stop. All of the crew members were very polite and professional and generally took precautions to minimize the mess. I also would come home to find them vacuuming and cleaning up. I was glad to only be home from work the first day as it gave me a headache listening to hammers, breaking glass, saws and watching how difficult it was to remove the old windows and doors. That they seemed to work so patiently in extremely hot and humid conditions, I found amazing! We've owned a number of homes and the one thing that we immeditatlely noticed was the carefully done caulking. They did a fabulous job! Now that the installation is complete, there is no doubt that they are very energy efficient. Although they are much heavier the glide is ever so much better than the builders grade stuff that was replaced. It is also more difficult to see in from the outside, and has made the house quieter as we hear almost no outside noise, except the motorcyle of a neighbor when he comes and goes. Every door and window passed inspection, with several positive comments by the inspector about the workmanship. The electric bills are noticably smaller. Rooms that were too hot to use without turning down the thermostat to keep the A/C running are about as comfortable as the rest of the house without adjusting a thing. We are absolutely thrilled with how the project turned out and we have no doubt whatsoever that we made the right choice in both materials and contractor. Our friends in Temple Terrace used Stanek about 2 years ago and they are known to be quality conscious as well as frugal. They had strongly encouraged us to consider Stanek, as their smaller sized project which they did in stages because of the cost also went extremely smoothly. If we move to another home in FL, we would definitely put this type of project at the top of our list and wouldn't even look at another contractor but Stanek. We bought a lot of peace of mind from future storms. We also were able to get a reduction in our home owners premium."

"Fred from Florida Lifetime Impact Window and Doors was the last of five representatives that we interviewed for our project. He was also the only non-sales type we had seen. Fred was able to offer us the best product we'd considered (Gorrell) for the lowest price (the cost was comparable to other, inferior products). He also explained all insurance, licenses and certifications that the company holds and further increased our confidence by letting us know that the work would be performed by company employees, not sub-contractors. Fred provided the fastest yet most complete and honest presentation of all. Thenceforward, the progress was seamless. Ken handled the communications perfectly, scheduling and performing the engineering inspection in a prompt and professional manner and keeping us informed as to the progress of the project at all times. As soon as the windows had arrived form the factory, Ken let us know and scheduled the install for the next day. Unfortunately, I was out of town that day and didn't witness the process myself but when I got home in the evening, it was as if a 'window wizard' had waved his wand and changed our crappy old jalousie windows into something marvelous. There was no evidence (except for the new windows) that any work had been done! The place was spotless inside and out...no trash, debris or damage. Everything looked beautiful. My wife was there during the install and was completely at ease with the presence of the crew who were polite, efficient and tidy in their work, cleaning as they went. We had eleven windows replaced. The team started at about 08:30 and were finished by about 4pm. Florida Lifetime provided not only an excellent product but probably the best customer relations and contractor service I have ever experienced. I am absolutely delighted."
