"Lamont did an excellent job of replacing the carport posts, replacing the wood of the fascia and painting. I would definitely hire him again."

"Island Property Maintenance first came out to access the problem. Diagnosis of problem and proposed work. Materials list produced and another appointment was made. Next appointment, work accomplished to fulfill expectations. Cleanup and discussion of the project done to my satisfaction. I would recommend Island Property maintenance for any home project in which outside help is indicated."

"Joe was very responsive and came out to look at my damage... it ended up being a paint bubbling issue instead of stucco problem. He was very honest and told me that I would be better off to have professional painter fix The damage. He is Very honest and ethical... would definitely recommend."

"To replace a roof on your home can be an overwhelming event. But the professionals at Total Home Roofing bring unparalleled experience to the job that clears the fog of uncertainty about replacing your roof. During our first visit from Travis, he walked us through what to expect with replacing our roof. He was available for follow-up questions and was always honest and clear about the process. After the job was complete, he even called back to make sure we were satisfied, and everything was as we discussed. Then came the actual replacement of the roof! The Supervisor of our project was Eduardo, who was just as amazing as Travis. He was constantly communicating about what was happening and what to expect during the process. He let us know that if we had any questions or concerns, to contact him, and he would resolve or clarify so we were fully informed. Anytime I called Eduardo, he answered the phone and was available. Then if that wasn’t enough, I received daily updates from the main office of what was going on the day before and what to expect that day. Total Home Roofing made this daunting process less stressful. They went out of their way to communicate and walk with us through this event. Thank you, Total Home Roofing, Travis, and Eduardo!"

"The windows are fine but I priced a bit high. The instillation crew consisted of two men, the older one being the boss who constantly berated the younger man for not working faster, the crew should have had at least three men to do the job safely due to the weight of the larger windows. As they prepared to leave we had to remind them to finish chalking one of the windows and I wanted a new screen to replace one that was made too big and forced into place, I also asked them to wash the windows as promised, they said the next crew would finish, cleanup, install the new screen and wash the windows, after they were gone I found moulding that had been poorly installed. The cleanup crew brought a correctly sized screen and tried to correct moulding issue which I actually had to finish myself, they also informed me that washing the windows was not their job and should have been done by the instillation crew so we of course did that too. I had to repeatedly call Morgan to find out when the cleanup crew would arrive and the new screen would be installed. If I hire Morgan again I will withhold at least half the payment as long as I have to until I have had time to make sure the job is completely satisfactory, I should have known better, that was my fault."

"The sales representative who came to the house was on time; he gave a very informative presentation and gave us an estimate the same day. Once we decided exactly what style and features we wanted for each window and asked the sales rep to come back, he did so right away. Stanek offered reasonable financing that the salesman was able to process on the spot. The windows were installed about 6 weeks from our contract signing/order date. The work crew showed up on time and finished the job all in one day. They were professional and courteous. The finish work was impeccable. Overall it was a positive experience. We noticed the difference right away - - - no outdoor noise! It actually took a lot of getting used to, in a good way! The only drawback to having vinyl windows is that the framing is very thick, which basically shrinks the window - - less glass. These windows were very expensive, although I'm convinced they are the best quality you can buy. Some might say, however, that it's over the top. But, we're very pleased."
