"The job was wonderful but the warranty was/is non existent. Great sales job on the high end siding showing on how tough it was (it's not). I've had it on the house for 15 years but about 9 years ago we had the one piece of siding crack from a tree limb hitting it in a storm and had to hire another company to fix it. Morgan said it was a bullet - odd it didn't go through the foil insulation behind the siding. We are in the same situation again with more damage and I can't even pay Morgan to fix it. The Siding is VERY brittle!"

"The sales representative who came to the house was on time; he gave a very informative presentation and gave us an estimate the same day. Once we decided exactly what style and features we wanted for each window and asked the sales rep to come back, he did so right away. Stanek offered reasonable financing that the salesman was able to process on the spot. The windows were installed about 6 weeks from our contract signing/order date. The work crew showed up on time and finished the job all in one day. They were professional and courteous. The finish work was impeccable. Overall it was a positive experience. We noticed the difference right away - - - no outdoor noise! It actually took a lot of getting used to, in a good way! The only drawback to having vinyl windows is that the framing is very thick, which basically shrinks the window - - less glass. These windows were very expensive, although I'm convinced they are the best quality you can buy. Some might say, however, that it's over the top. But, we're very pleased."
