"The installation process itself was efficient, quick, and professional. The Long Roofing customer service representative kept us apprised of the work and installation, and promised to come and review the finished work. However, after installation, they never followed up their own work! For example, one day after installation, the new faucet came out of its socket, and we didnâ t know what to do. I communicated with the customer service person whom I had communicated to PRIOR to installation about this problem, but he never even bothered to communicate back!!! Itâ s almost as if, after installation, and Long Roofing had gotten paid, they ghosted us as a customer!!! No follow up, no response to questions about the dislocated faucet, for example, NOTHING. This is sad because we love the new shower, but we were told that Long Baths will follow up and attend to all our concerns post-installation. But it seems after getting paid, they donâ t care about their customers any longer, which is sad! Before installation, the customer representative even bragged about how their work has a warranty of â 50 yearsâ ! But if they canâ t follow up on their own work within 48 hours of completion, how will they guarantee it for â 50 yearsâ ?!?! Very poor treatment of customers. Sad indeedâ ¦"

"He did an okay job. He was very inexperienced and he ended up taping parts of it together which I thought was kind of unprofessional, but it was okay. It was working but not as well as I would have hoped. They didn't have the part. I had to go buy it at Home Depot and then they installed it. They said they only have the whole assembly. I just needed one little part so I had to buy it at Home Depot, otherwise they would have charged me for the whole assembly. I wouldn't call them again. Since I had to buy the part, he came back and put it in. I felt they shouldn't charge me more but I didn't see that at all. The price was great because I got a deal. They came when they were supposed to."

"Incredible! They walked through every step with me, explaining what I needed to do and what they were going to do. They offered their expert suggestions and respected my decisions and wishes. Turns out I chose the most labor-intensive tile there is, and they were here for many days installing it. Great attention to detail and keeping me apprised of what they were doing and why. They took great care with my brand-new carpeting, putting down tarps to protect it. The marble-tile installer was amazing, arriving right on time every morning and working non-stop until the day was done. The owner was here several times to check in with me.

"Wayne and all the employees at Camelot were wonderful to work with. They were easy to get in touch with and provided the highest quality service. The cabinets are just beautiful with solid construction and attention to detail.
We looked at quite a few different cabinet places when we decided to remodel our kitchen. After we left our first meeting with Camelot, we were certain we could not afford the high quality product they had just told us about. Much to our surprise and delight, their quote came in at around the same cost as big box stores and other kitchen/bath cabinet shops (maybe a couple thousand more, but when you're working in the $20+k range, and the quote is "only a few thousand" more for this high of quality...it was an easy decision for us to pay a little more for a lot better product). We are so thankful to be able to have such beautiful cabinets. We would (and likely will for our bathroom remodel) use them in the future and recommend them to our friends and family.
