"We called, interviewed and reached out to over 25 builders when starting to plan our ground-up build in Old Mount Pleasant. After meeting with several, Chris and Rusty gave us the best price (and were also the most personable). This is our second build so we knew the ropes but I wasn't prepared for the level of communication, keeping us on task and overall organization from Blue Horizon. They did an excellent job telling us when we were going over budget, reminding me of when things needed to be chosen (we didn't hire any outside help or a designer), and generally keeping the project on time. Chris gave his honest opinion and was very forthcoming with all information. I'm happy to say we love the result of our home and made two new friends in the process."

"Darryl does great work and is very reliable. We basically had to gut the kitchen and bathroom in a rental. He put down flooring, new cabinets, and had a good idea of using a tight space to add a broom closet. He installed a shower , new flooring and found the space to add a half bath downstairs. They are so professional, courteous, knowledgeable and honest. Their workmanship is excellent! There were no surprises w the cost or the timing. They used FaceTime to call us and show us work in progress. And the end result on both bathrooms (plus painting of adjoining bedrooms) was superb! So much so that we immediately hired them back to do our master bath next month! (I ll try to attach photos)."

"I needed an exterior door cut out and add 2 windows from the 3 windows that were already there and add steps. Chris and Frank knew exactly how to do the job and was very tedious and meticulous on every detail down to making sure the spindles on the railing of the new porch was safe for my little dogs. Their work ethics were great too. I am 100% satisfied with their work and will be turning to them for more of my upgrades in the future."
