"I can't say enough about the professional service I got from Mark Evans Computers. Initially I contacted them to help me transfer my email services to my new PC. I wanted to have everything in Outlook but could not seem to get all three email addresses I use to properly work. We were making progress and were able to work remotely using their TeamViewer but then, we could not even access TeamViewer! Fortunately, their office is nearby, so I took the laptop in and worked with staff in house. After several tries at loading the Gmail accounts into Outlook without success I was ready to give up but the staff said we should call TeamViewer to at least get that running and once we fixed that, we realized it was a conflict with the Dell laptop that was fixed there by Mark Evans Computers and we were back in business! That fix corrected the Outlook conflict and all was well. About two weeks later, the conflict was back, I called Mark Evans Computers and Zack told me about an automatic software update that needed to be removed! I was thrilled and now know what to look for when the conflict arises (which it does with every update!!!). I contacted Dell to make them aware and they said it's a Microsoft issue. We all know what happens when you venture into the world of trying to contact major companies like that! Mark Evans Computers are, and will always be, my real live people to go to when I have computer issues in the future! Thanks to everyone there!"
