We didn't know Tim but he was doing work on the house behind ours that belongs to a preacher. He was pleased with his work so we decided to give him a try. He was awesome! "The quality workmanship of the crew was evident from day one. However, customer service by the project management was something else. Our project was nearly completed... only 2 small finishing tasks to go. Both tasks could have been completed in 2 hours or less. A month and a half later they were finally done! Luckily, I stayed on top of them with constant texts, emails, phone calls, and even an in-person visit to the office. Constant promises to come this Friday or the first of **next week** were always given but never delivered upon."
