"The technician was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he gave me a couple of ideas on another project I was thinking of and he was just very customer focused."

"The sales process was great. They offered a great product at a good price. For everything they offered, they had the best price in the area. Installation took several days, but they did a lot of work. System works very well now that everything is complete. They have had to come back out twice since the installation, but their response time was reasonable. The second tech who came out was VERY knowledgeable, and quickly identified and repaired the problem. Office staff is great to deal with. Two negatives. Part of the installation was an attic tent. The one they installed was used briefly. It looked okay, so I did not press the issue. They also caused damage to two areas, only one of which I asked them to repair. I felt like they were dragging their feet on the repair as it took them a month and me making many calls to get the work done. One of their workers had put his foot through my ceiling. All-in-all, I would recommend them."

"I would have given them 5 stars on overall service; however they were only able to install one light fixture. They did not have a tall enough ladder for the other. They did s great job on the other light."

"Because two other electricians never returned our calls and a third charged us for a diagnosis but hasn't yet gotten back to us with a bid on a situation they strongly warned was a fire hazard, I called LED to inspect and give a second opinion. They were quick, courteous, professional, and thorough. Gave me an on the spot estimate that was about half of the ballpark estimate of the other contractor I was still waiting to hear back from. When I called but still couldn't get a response from the other company over the next few hours, I contacted LED again and asked them to come and do the work. They made it a priority because of the safety issue and took care of the installation that afternoon.  They pointed out the damage, explained everything thoroughly, and did a good job. Would definitely use again or recommend to friends.

Mr. John Sherlock arrived at the time and date specified to give us an estimate.  He returned the following day with his assistant and performed the job in one day.  He installed 26 copper lightning rods on the flat roof of our 7,000 square foot home.  These rods were connected with 500 feet of heavy duty copper cable and were grounded at three points with ground rods going down through the drainpipes into the ground. All parts of the system were securely attached to the roof.  He did a neat job and cleaned up all excess materials.  We were very pleased with the job him did.  Since installation of the lightning rod system we have had no trouble with lightning striking the house or causing power outages or surges.

"I don't recall the price. It was likely for a whole electric inspection kind of thing or maybe to look at the actual system. Everything was good. I remember he was good. He had a lot of little suggestions that I didn't do for the little things. I didn't take any of that. He was very responsive. They called me a number of times before coming and the person was on time. He was good. I had a thing that we wanted to change. He tried quite a bit to do that, although it was not part of the description. He called other people and figured out it could not be done so he left it. The point was that he tried. He went out of the way to do that additional stuff, but he did not charge for that. He didn't do it actually, but he spent time trying to do it."

"Chris came out right away and took care of the problems he really knows his stuff he doesn't try to push things that you don't need like the other companies did and the cost was a lot less than all the other quotes I received this will definitely be my permanent electrician from now on"
