"My experience was great.  Upon initial visit Rocket Construction performed a comprehensive inspection of the roof and attic noting all issues and work to be done.  We sat down and they explained in detail my options and costs for the new roof work.  They were very friendly, knowledgable and professional.  I was able to confidently choose the work to be done and roof style/materials from our conversation.  There was no pressure to "sell me up" on work I did not need (we were able to re-roof the house without stripping off the old roof which saved considerable money). A week later their work crew was at my house and completed the entire roof in one day.  The owners stopped by twice to check on the work and the cleanup afterwards was good.They even offer a visit after one year to inspect the roof and clean it of any accumulated moss and debris.

"Truly one of the most professional and hard-working contractors I have seen. They have been very thorough with the job, the preparation to paint on our old house that has been needing a new coat of paint for a long time has been extensive and most certainly not haphazard. There are so many different places where the wood has rotted out and they continue to take that all out and replace where needed like a professional job should be done. I have seen many contractors brush these types of things over due to the extra amount of work it takes, but that is not these guys. This company will make sure a job is done right! On a personal note, I also have a baby I need to put down for a nap each day, and they have been so understanding to work on the other side of the house and keep quiet until my baby wakes up. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"They had to come back to repair a couple of the leaks they had previously repaired. This time  it was the owner who showed up.This time he stated that we needed a new roof at a pretty considerable cost.I think it wad probably a fair estimate but unable to afford it at this time."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
