"The roofers did an okay job, we had a bit of communication gap because we do not speak Spanish, so was hard to communicate with them and we have a wood stove which means a stove pipe through our roof. If you replace all of your existing plywood, the crew is not trained or did not pay attention to the size of the hole needed for the stove pipe. Had to hire a professional wood stove installer to come out and fix their screw-up! If we had not paid for the extra expense of this, we would have quite possibly had a fire this winter. The roof looks great and other than the stove pipe fiasco the job was completed and looks to be done well."

"My experience was great.  Upon initial visit Rocket Construction performed a comprehensive inspection of the roof and attic noting all issues and work to be done.  We sat down and they explained in detail my options and costs for the new roof work.  They were very friendly, knowledgable and professional.  I was able to confidently choose the work to be done and roof style/materials from our conversation.  There was no pressure to "sell me up" on work I did not need (we were able to re-roof the house without stripping off the old roof which saved considerable money). A week later their work crew was at my house and completed the entire roof in one day.  The owners stopped by twice to check on the work and the cleanup afterwards was good.They even offer a visit after one year to inspect the roof and clean it of any accumulated moss and debris.

"The vendor scheduled the appointment, the crew showed up on time to review my roof maintenance requirements. Upon arrival they noticed my roof was a tile roof so they called John Jones who spoke to me and said they do not work on these types of roofs, apologized and offered to try and find someone else to honor the request. He indicated that he would contact Angie's list and clarify the Big Deal offer."

Then we learned the title agency paid the wrong home warranty company. We made the title company pay the proper warranty company covered in our contract due to reviews --- best decision we made. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
