"Performed free evaluation of our home's foundation as we have had some cracked tiles in bathroom and sheet rock cracking in another area.  Our house is a crawl space home. "Meadow Exteriors did a bang up job on both counts. My gutters and downspouts were packed with roofing dust. He had to take my downspouts apart and dig the gunk out. I mentioned how badly my basement flooded so he took a look and suggested waterproofing the walls. The price was reasonable, and he flat knocked it out in a hurry. I have not had a leak since, and my area has had a lot of rain to prove it worked.

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"They have been great! Recently, my AC went out, and it was $75 flat for them to send someone out and do any needed repairs. They will come out more than once if needed, and it doesn't cost me any more. Same situation with a dishwasher. When I call, someone is out within 24 hours is not sooner."
