"Silvino Mendez assigned us 2 excellent flooring professionals to do the job (Ivan & Alex). Very professional, experienced, on time, neat, and friendly, too! I was very impressed with Ivan’s suggestions as to the job, esp since the product we purchased on our own was not up to par. We went with them to get Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring at another flooring place and it worked out perfectly. He Evan called them twice to see what colors they had in stock so job wasn’t delayed. Job was still done on time despite having to return the initial materials and obtain credit. Ivan recommended we get shoe molding as appears in the pics and he painted them a beautiful grey that we had mixed to match at the store. These moldings set the finished look. We are very impressed. Silvino phoned in several times during the process to his contractors and myself. When install was complete, he came to the house to view everything with his flooring professionals and myself. Nice work!"

A complete bathroom renovation (complete demo to studs, including new window) at one, and a complete kitchen/bathroom at the other, along with new window in each, new flooring throughout 2 bedroom apartment, new doors, molding and paint throughout. And a steel door installation through a load bearing wall. Everything done to my complete satisfaction (I was in the contracting business as a young man). John and Tracy will guide you through the renovations, offering material and paint color guidance to help achieve the best outcome. They show up every day, Monday-Friday, until the job is complete. And not a day went by where one, if not both of the two Johns (Owner/Partners) were not on site directing operations. If I wasn’t happy with something (rare), it was altered to my satisfaction.
