"These guys estimated that my project calling for stucco repair and painting of 3192 sq ft, two-story walls under roof and a perhaps, 65-yard wraparound wall would take two days; this proved incorrect as it took only ONE day, more specifically, seven hours. This family-owned and operated company had five guys descend on our residence and performed professionally if not brilliantly. They tell you what they’re going to do, and do it for a fair price (got four other quotes and S & H was in the middle but the others - not unreasonably - estimated five work days). Beyond timeliness and price, the paint job was precise and clean up was superb. Strongly recommend them on a painting project…."

"L&J Exteriors and Remodeling replaced our tile roof, repaired and extended our back patio roof. We are extremely pleased with the services provided by L&J. Luis and Jacqueline were professional, courteous, maintained outstanding communication from day one until the final walk through, and adhered to the prices established in the contract. The crew arrived on time every day, was polite, and conducted a thorough clean up at the end of each day. Our roof looks fantastic! Thank you L&J! We highly recommend L&J Exteriors and Remodeling. Give Luis and Jacqueline a chance to help you with your next project."

"The quote was timely. The contacts were professional. Interaction with the work crew was pleasant. The team performed above and beyond the specifications, especially where a critical element was not addressed in the quote. The work crew were highly motivated, of good cheer and extremely productive in the allotted amount of time. Hats off to the project Manager Ernesto and the Project Foreman Omar and the awesome crew. I highly recommend this team for minor framing/wood work and especially installation of a metal roof."

"I received a call from the company in February getting back to my interest in their patio shades during a home show that we attended in the fall. I guess their backlog of inquiries kept them from getting back in touch with me in a shorter period of time, but since I have so many other irons in the fire, this wasn't a problem. The salesman who came out was helpful and courteous when presenting the range of patio shades that are offered by the company, and did a good job of taking dimensions and working up the quote for me. Since the shades are custom, I paid approximately two-thirds down, with the rest to be paid after installation. The installation 3 weeks later went without any problems. The two installers were courteous and professional, and when finished showed me how to use the controls. I was concerned about how well they would get the electrical power to the shades from the outside outlet. They had to make a?separate small hole in the stucco to get the cable to the underside of the patio roof, but patched well enough to make the area blend in with the rest of the wall. coming out and over to the shades was done through steel conduit and boxes, which they painted with the paint I had on hand so that everything blended together. I definitely prefer the electric drive for these shades, and they blend well with the rest of the house. I only gave a score of "Good" for pricing, since I don't like to spend money to begin with, and really didn't get multiple quotes from other companies, since the other companies didn't ever get back to me. I suppose other company's shades would have been in the same price range."

"Kevin arrived at my home and conducted the estimate for my roof repair. He was and is very professional and knew exactly what was causing my roof to leak and explained in detail what had happened. Mike and his sons are the team that repairs the roof, they are professional, courteous and work like hell. I mean they work like there's no tomorrow. Not only do they do good work in repairing the roof, they pick up every shingle that has fallen to the lground around my property. Mike was to replace my swamp cooler and when he went to Lowes where I purchased the cooler from it was damaged. Mike negotiated a new upgraded swamp cooler for me at a lower price. He didn't have to do that, but that was how they take care of their customers. They are a great professional team that cares about their work and their customers."

"Tim Ehlers DBA Patriot Roofing suggested that we go back to the company that actually put the roofing material on. He did not take advantage of the situation. Everything went efficiently. My husband had the main conversation with him and it wasn't a lot of time off of my husband's schedule, because I think he came from work to stop and visit with him. It seemed to go well."

"K&L Custom Roofing did a great job on our roof, it wasn't an easy job with alot of extra work needing to be done due to rotted wood and water damage throughout but they made excellent repairs and little adjustments here and there along the way at our request. K&L were very reasonable on their pricing and we came out of it with a beautiful new roof as well as some new friends. John and Tiffany Larson"

"They did an amazing job fixing my front door! Fast and reliable!"

"Bowtie replaced the roof on my garage a couple years ago when a tree fell on it. This time hail destroyed  the entire roof (Murphy's Law?). They did a great job on the garage, so I had no reservations giving them this job as well.
A team of about 6 guys showed up in the early morning on the appointed day and just got busy. The team worked well together and it was easy to see that they all knew what to do without being told. They finished the garage the 1st day, and came back the 2nd day to do the house.  The crew replaced some rotted out wood sheathing that was discovered when they stripped the roof. They made sure the gutters were properly installed under the new drip edge.
An unexpected bonus was the way they handled the lightning rods. The ground wires were neatly tucked under the ridge cap, out of view and greatly enhancing the beauty of the finished roof. Great idea! Bowtie also used a tough polypropylene underlayment when they could have gotten by using old-school felt.
Dave and the crew kept me informed the entire time, and were always responsive to my questions and concerns."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
