"Matt was great to work with. He was honest, fair, and helped me find the modern design I was looking for in the budget I could afford. His team arrived and installed both doors in one day. They took care of everything including hauling away the old doors and replacing the trim around the new ones. The only con was that it was separate to paint the front door; it would have been nice for it to be included, or at least for the painter to paint it before it was installed. But it was a minor complaint compared to the overall outcome of the project."

"I was a little nervous about ordering windows on the internet using measurements I'd taken myself, but I loved the design on the website so, initially I only ordered 2 windows to check the quality, my ability to measure accurately and the company's ability to build to my measurements. Jeff, the salesman I dealt with was attentive without being overwhelming and the first order was delivered in about 4 weeks. The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. They do exceptional work and their entire team is very easy to work with and very professional. </p> <p>The details: We spent a lot of time trying to analyze whether to put money into our existing home or sell it and start fresh and buy a newer home. We finally decided to remodel our home. We received about 4 or 5 quotes from various siding companies. They all had their stories to tell about what they could do for us and what it would cost us. We decided to go with Mark Belto and Alamo Exteriors. Mark explained in great detail the process by which they would install the new windows, siding, and our new screened-in patio. He wasn?t the least expensive, but he wasn?t the most either. Mark was always very polite, informative, and always accessible. He even gave us his cell number and would stay in touch with us, even over holiday weekends. He came by the house regularly to check on the progress and would call us to keep us informed of the progress. He has a keen eye for detail and always made sure our requests were dealt with, and always with a sense of urgency. In addition, all of his workers that we met were extremely polite, responsive, and easy to talk to. I was impressed by the way Mark talked to his workers as well. They all love him. He never talked down to them, but spoke with each of them as an equal when explaining what he wanted from them. They are a great team! It seemed that even with our minds made up before they began, my husband and I kept throwing little changes at them. They handled every request with grace and were very accommodating. I?ve always heard that remodeling jobs take their toll on couples but I have to say that this was the best experience I?ve ever had. They handled our home as if it were their own. Permian Basin Exteriors uses their time wisely and gets on the job quickly and is just as quick to finish a job, large or small. Their prices were reasonable and they did everything that was asked of them and more. I wish everyone that ran a business was as easy to deal with as Permian Basin Exteriors and Isaac Redecop and his son. They put a metal roof on for us and will return later to install new windows. They started promptly, did the job, cleaned up and were gone. Thanks to Permian Basin Exteriors."

"Very quick response from owner in coming out and measuring, explaining our options, and providing a quote. We ordered two window shades on July 29, 2016. Because the shades are made to order we were told it would be 3 to 4 weeks before they would receive them. After 4 weeks and no word from the contractor, I called to inquire about the time frame. I was told they had heard from the factory that the order was being processed and they hoped they would ship the next week. I did not hear from them again until September 19 when they called to inform me the shades had been shipped. The shades arrived within a few days and installation was scheduled immediately and was completed on September 23. The installation was very professional and well done with one exception. The power cord for the motorized blind was not long enough to be run neatly along the house and the installer simply stretched it across the yard. Since this wasn't necessarily nailed down as part of the quote, I decided I would deal with it myself and clean up the cord installation. This weekends project. We have only had the shades for a week now but we are very happy with the quality of the product. We were frustrated that it took 8 weeks when we were told 3 to 4 weeks. Our frustration level was probably elevated by the lack of any updates or explanation for the delay. Although it was a small order, I would recommend the contractor communicate better and keep the customer informed. Especially when there is a long delay over the original time estimate. We'll do business with them again as they are good folks and have been in business many years. We'll just hope for improvement in the areas mentioned."

"I called Brent based on good Angie's reviews, and a neighbor's recommendation who previously contracted with him.  He came to the house to meet my insurance adjuster, and me, on a Sunday.  He worked with the adjuster and they agreed on the scope and price.  My only payment was my deductible.  His crew arrived when scheduled, worked 2 days and cleaned up the yard afterward.  I paid him whenever I received an insurance check.  It was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend him to anyone.  I definitely would use him again, but probably won't need to. :)"
