"Reached out to Chris with an interesting electrical situation. I wanted an expert to assess ceiling lighting in a space and I was under a time restraint to complete the work. I knew the work was going to be a challenge due to the dated wiring in the space but was not sure to what extent as visually the job looked easy. Even though Chris and his team were extremely busy, he understood the urgency and took the time to fit the job in. He arrived with 2 of his other electricians to look over the space. They had a positive upbeat disposition even though it was pouring rain outside. What seemed like an easy light replacement turned out to require more labor then anticipated. He completed the job as quickly as he could and with great expertise! Chris, along side Milan and Logan were truly amazing! They not only changed the lighting as contracted, but took the work to the highest level of service by ensuring it was completed properly. They troubleshooted difficult issues as they became evident and instead of dismissing them as out of scope, they took the time to correct them. It is hard now a days to find contractors that will go above and beyond to ensure their client is happy and Chris is that contractor! I appreciate all the time Chris, Logan and Milan took to be sure the job was not only complete but properly executed. Chris and his team are awesome!"

"I was incredibly pleased with all aspects of the work done by Kreiser electric. Chris Kreiser gave me options at several price points, but also made a recommendation to upgrade my electrical service in my beach house. His justification for the upgrade was sound, and the quote was reasonable. During the work, several issues arose as my house is quite "rustic", built before many electrical code changes. We also experienced scheduling challenges with the local power company. Through it all, Chris was calm and very communicative, and always had a fallback option that would make sure power would be restored as soon as possible. "I was quite pleased with the outcome.  The job did not start or end on schedule as the spring storms pushed other jobs out, however Mike did send one of his crew down to get started at the end of the original start week and he managed the weather effectively. We agreed at the outset that the drop dead date for completion was mid-May and that time frame was met.  He wasn't the cheapest and that isn't my main criteria for selecting a partner.
The quality of the job was very good upon completion but the real test will be 6 months to a year from now.  I believe Mike will stand behind any issues that surface as he was very proactive throughout the process.  He was very helpful in pointing out areas needing attention in another job which was being conducted and offering assistance when possible. 
With work interrupted several times by prolonged periods of rain, they made sure that the equipment was stowed or immobilized each day so that I did have an eye sore to stare at until they returned.  Communication was good throughout the process via text so I knew when the wind was going to lay down enough for them to get up on the ladders.
More importantly, Mike was positive in his approach and attitude, it was a pleasure to deal with him.  At the end of the day, the variability of the work by any of the companies would likely have been pretty close, but I enjoyed working with Mike, he made me laugh, helped me consider other options and set my mind at ease that I wouldn't be repeating this exercise in 3 years.  And if I am - then his company will be around and assist in mitigating the problem."
