Steve is both friendly and professional and did a great job of installing a Nest thermostat and also showing me how my fuse box worked to get lights back on in my BR (which had gone off). "Chris was personable and got the job done timely however... - heard him yelling/scorning an employee in a quite over the top manner - someone broke a light fixture on the stairs and instead of repairing or at least informing us they left it to the side - without telling us, turned off the power to the basement which also included a socket with a carbon monoxide detector attached so at 3am we had it beeping with a low battery - threw out all of their garbage from the job in our personal trash barrel, filling it up to the brim so with 5 days until the next trash pickup we couldn?t put any of our trash in our own barrel"
