I was referred to Jeff and Sarasota's Best Construction & Flooring LLC. The job was done to all my specifications, high quality workmanship, professional, and quickly executed. In September of 2023 it was time to remodel my kitchen, there was no doubt that I would contact Jeff and Sarasota’s Best Construction & Flooring LLC to do this job as well. "I needed a number of areas painted, so I didn't want to go for that 2 or 3 room nonsense. I wanted to hire a painter for a day and pay them by the hour. I found exactly that with JH7 Remodeling & Paint. I used them for 10 hours one day and 2 hours the following day to get everything done. The painting performed was done by 1 painter. He did superior work. He was professional and courteous. There was a language barrier since he spoke little English, but we communicated well enough to get everything completed. I couldn't be happier with my paint selections, and the work they did. I would hire them again easily. I highly recommend them."

"We are so happy with how our house turned out. Bryan and his team are so professional and do beautiful work. We removed our sunroom and extended the house to make two additional rooms. It was so well done, it looks like it was always part of the original house. We also removed a wall separating the kitchen and living room to make it open concept. Complete kitchen gut and redo. "Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."
