BUT I do get a little sideways when I TOLD them what the problem was, had everything accessible for a quick in and out repair. I agreed to the $89 dispatch charge (typical) and no problem. That amount was to be refunded into the repair charge? But I did not see it. My 1 item invoice total was $324.14. I knew for a FACT that the electric component to be replaced cost ME anywhere from $13-$50 from China, which exactly like the part that was installed. That is a 900%-1500% increase in cost based on THAT invoice. I trusted these guys would not rip me off, but I feel like they found a sucker. Our A/C works again, we got valuable advise, and a brand new cheap Chinese part replaced. Even when I told the dispatcher what the problem was and asked for a cost to R&R the part, he wouldn't advise, which I thought was odd. Buyer beware.
