"The two gentlemen that came to my work location were very professional and so kind. They showed up on time and called my cell phone so I could come meet them in the parking lot of my work location which had been discussed the day before on the courtesy call they made to confirm the date and time. It took them a little under 2 hours to perform the detailing and the vehicle looks great. It hasn't looked that good since I bought it! The company originally told me I would owe an additional $20 since it was a SUV rather than a car which was fine with me as the coupon did say car, however, they did not charge me the extra $20! I could not have asked for better service or nicer employees. Would highly recommend and would use again!"

"Initial person was too chatty, too much information, overwhelming. Later more succinct. Workers who did test & insulation (blower door test to reveal air leaks). Workmen were sufficient and polite. Two years later discovered they had caulked Marvin windows which should NOT be caulked in order to wash them w/ moveable parts. It cost me $175 to have them repaired or caulking removed. This was done & I submitted a bill 11/13/14 and have not been reimbursed yet. Have called 2x's to remind, last time man said he thought it was done and he would see about it. That was 3 weeks ago the last time and 7 weeks from the first reminder. It is now 2/24/15."
