"Extremely well! Mike provided, in considerable detail, the process of renovating my basement. I was marginally aware of what the renovation would require. Mike added significant clarity ."

"LFC did an excellent job replacing my deck and installing insulation in my crawl space. They worked quickly and finished on time. Also, great communication, reasonable pricing and high-quality work. Highly recommend."

"Vazquez & Son construction was very responsive & on time. They did a great job installing our overhead garage storage rack. We will use them again for other projects in the very near future."

"They installed some windows and vinyl siding on my home. They were very professional, communicative, paid great attention to detail, and left the work site clean. Definitely worth the investment."

"Work was high quality. The job took a while to get started because they were backed up just like all the other local roofers due to a large storm that damaged many roofs in the area. Once started they finished in one day and cleaned up well. Unlike several other contractors that provided me estimates, John Krause construction did not inflate their prices to take advantage of the market conditions. I feel like I was charged a fair and reasonable price for the work performed, using upgraded architectural shingles instead of 3-ply and also installing water/ice shield and drip edge as per latest building codes. Some of the other contractors wanted to just go over the old shingles rather than R&R and charge me just as much!"

"They were accommodating to the times I was available. They were excellent working in the house. When I had ideas they would listen. They made sure the tub was fully functional for when my family came to visit. When they would leave in the evening they would clean up very well after themselves."
