"Roca Construction called me back in 20 minutes and showed  up at my house in less than an hour. We talked about all the problems/projects I had in mind. He gave me ideas and listened my ideas.  We decided to break the job to 2 different  jobs and do the steps and all the cement work first. Roca and his work men showed up at my house next morning around 8 am and started working.All the  workmen are  nice, polite, hard working and easy going. They returned every morning around the same time including Saturday and Sunday to get everything done. Jesse, the owner, sent one of his business partners (John) to do a free inspection and estimate on our basement.  John was very nice and extremely knowledgeable.  After inspecting the basement he recommended a dual pressure relief system because of the large number of cracks that were appearing on the walls and on the basement floor.  Our water table here is higher than a lot of other places, and so our foundation was under a good amount of water pressure all around it.

John sent me an estimate, which was deducted by 20% because of a deal that Comfort Basement was offering.  He further deducted another 10% because we were military.  The job was slated for just over 10,000 dollars but ended up being only 7,800.

On the day of the project Brian was sent out with his team of 5-6 men (Brian was the team leader).  They explained everything that they were going to do and made sure that we were ready for it.  They put a plastic barrier up between the basement door and the garage door in order to prevent any dust or particles from getting into the kitchen and dining room.  The project took a total of two days.  Brian kept me informed as to how things were going the entire time.  He even confirmed where I wanted to sump pump drainage pipe to be placed and whether or not I was happy with where it was draining to. 

Brian and his team made sure that my yard was undamaged by the concrete that they were removing.  They also vacuumed and cleaned everything before leaving.  They were all extremely professional and they did an excellent job.  After the project was complete, Brian showed me everything and explained everything to me.  He even left me with some Tyvec tape in case I needed to repair any cut or holes that develop in the vapor barrier.  In the end I was very pleased with the work and would gladly use Comfort Basement to help finish my basement in the future.

"Since I Moved to New York me and my husband we find that  it will be a big problem for as to find a good contractor that can help us to get done the construction and remodeling at our new house that we bought in woodlands ..
The first problem was that houston doesnt have any specific requirements, certification or license for contractors  what means is it a big problem to track them ..
The second problem we had that we did t have any friend for recommendations...
We found a couple of contractor on home daviser and yelp and we decided to give a try...
We received a couple of bids form them and we decided to go with the one that gave us the best bid ...,,Houston Renovation & Remodeling,, But after they begin the work we find out that this company has very poor experience in construction and the worst think was   that they begin to overcharge us saying that a lot of thinks waren t indicated in the bid.. Yes we where very upset   and we decided to not work with that company.. We called again the company's that we received the bids and we asked them to rebid the job and we asked them to specify all the details that will be included and witch not..  After we received the new Bids Structurelne Construction Has the most accurate bid they also specify all the details even the garbage removal...  My husband sad that he will go with Structure Construction  and I was agree with..
It took approximately 2 month for them to finish the Remodeling In our 4 bedroom House but  we are very satisfied with the results ..
They helped us to update the old 2 Bath, replacing all ceramic tiles and bathtubs..
We did replaced all flooring in the house we did update our old kitchen and closets...
and walls Restoration, new moldings  and painting.   Now all looks great and we are happy with the changes we did in the house..
