"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."

We also opted for a linear tiled floor drain which required a lot of attention. We also replaced the floor tile and it came out perfect. Brian is a perfectionist and it shows in the quality finished product he puts out. He was prompt, responsive, clean, and timely. He went above and beyond to ensure we received the shower we envisioned. Brian also helped coordinate with someone to come out and install my glass shower door. ")This happened some time ago so memories are fuzzy. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing showed up on time in full company uniform and a brand new truck. It looked new anyway. The rep had all the tools and knowledge required to do the above listed work. He was well informed and knowledgeable about industry trends (tank-less water heaters). In less than 90 minutes he had the water heater drained and refilled and the cut-off valve installed. I would recommend and use Benjamin Franklin again for any plumbing issues.
