"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"I had a master bathroom that I needed a complete remodel done on. OCCB was very professional to deal with and they were able to give me more than I could ever imagine with my remodel. They were able to incorporate a steam room in my shower and give me a walk in closet. I couldn't be happier with all the fine detail they put into their work and they were always available if I had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend them as they did good quality work in a timely manner."

"Ovation Restoration did an excellent job with our home improvement project. In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. We would highly recommend Ovation Restoration."

"The tile in the shower was done well, but the tile on the floor was not. The tile was uneven, grout missing and they put in the wrong drain cover. So, they came back and fixed it. The etched window in the shower that was caulked had mold growing under it. They came back and re-caulked it. The thermostat for the floor was not installed on it's own dedicated circuit, so an electrician has to come and fixed it."

Robert listened to our goals offered suggestions and refinements and produced a gorgeous product that we enjoy daily."

"Larry called right back and scheduled appointment over the weekend. He arrived on time and called ahead as promised. He was very transparent in his hourly pricing up front. Upon arrival he got right to the job and moved quickly to remedy the situation. While the job was less straightforward than I thought, It was clear he wasn't trying to run the clock out. He solved the problem swiftly with expertise. His work was very well done and clean. He didn't try to upsell me at every turn as I've experienced with other plumbers. I would definitely hire him again to handle repairs and larger jobs."

"Mr. Jose Rodriguez of ROROMAN PLUMBING is very reliable, efficient, punctual, knowledgeable. He fixed the water softener system leakage & a pipe in our backyard that has been leaking too. I am pleased with his professional work. Very polite & answered all our questions regarding the problem. I highly recommend this company. The price is reasonable & I was able to get a discounted price for the service. I will surely rehire mr. Rodriguez in the future"
