"I submitted requests to over 15 contractors thru Angie. I had water damage to about 15-20 panels on my flooring. My request was for spot repair. Of the over 15 contractors, several contacted me saying they don't do spot repairs. Even more did not contact me at all. Marcel was the only one who contacted me who indicated spot repairs are not typically done and why, but he would be willing to inspect. Eventually, I decided to go with him and replace all the flooring in the entire unit (not just the kitchen where the water damage occurred). After pulling back the flooring in the kitchen, mold was unfortunately discovered. Marcel provided me with multiple solutions (loved that) to rid the mold and get back to the project. The multi-day project was completed in the estimated time (despite the mold setback). Marcel contacted me every day of the project to share pictures and progress. He also dealt with my buildings management company, parking situation, and tenant which can all be demanding at times. His crew cleaned up well and the unit looks gorgeous. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll have another flooring project in the next 1-2 years and I sincerely hope I can work with Marcel at Rustic Flooring again!"

He connected me to a local manager who set up an install date a week later. The installers were polite and professional. Gave me some helpful advise. Job was completed in less than a day. The shower door came a week later. I have had the shower for over a month. It is beautiful. I love it. Quality work. I would highly recommend Premier Home Pros."

Other companies wanted to just give an estimate by seeing pictures and based on other jobs we've had they were all going to be way under actual cost on materials, let alone labor needed on top. Danny was able to give a good general estimate by the pictures, but then insisted he see in person so he can be as accurate as possible. The amount of leveling needed, as expected, was not conveyed by photo. He explained how he'd tackle the job and estimated timeframe. Lalo, the installer, did a fantastic job and without interruption. He was extremely courteous to us and our house. Super glad we worked with the both of them!"
