"Fast friendly service. M-Touqeer and Swarnjit were the technicians that advised me on what my options were on repairs vs. Replacement. Our unit was already 31 years old so it made since to replace it.They had many different units to choose from and price ranges to meet our budget.So that same day they started.They checked the furnace size the ac unit.For compatibility. Ordered parts and supplies and started to remove old unit the same day.Now that's customer service at its best. They next day the technicians were finished with the install and we had heat and ac.What a relief and on budget.I would highly recommend this company .And the two technicians that installed the units.They cleaned up hauled off old equipment wow I was impressed with how professional they were and knowledgeable. "My simple advice is to ask for all costs upfront in writing. This was a two day job, but it should have been a one day job, I will get into that later. The repair was fine but the communication and billing was unacceptable. I was told by the technician in the field that the $179 Service charge would be credited to the final bill, which is what I am used to with other service comanies like plumbers. Because of that I agreed to the work. I was then surprised to see the service charge on my final bill as well as a $50 extra deposit fee. I called the office and they said that they never credit the service charge, perhaps it was a miscommunication error, and that they would correct the extra deposit fee. But there was no accountability or responsibility for their uniformed field tech who essentially lied to me. I feel it was dishonest and a bad business practice to not offer any kind of discount for their mistake. They also showed up the first day and then went to the warehouse to get the part but came back with the wrong part. They then had to reschedule for the following week because it was 3pm on Friday and the warehouse was now closed and they couldn't get the part until later. They offered to do the work over the weekend but that would incur overtime charges. I told them I would not pay overtime charges for a mistake they made getting the wrong part. Overall I am very dissatisfied with the company and would not recommend them."
