"I hired Kinetico to install a full house reverse osmosis system. I bought a house in Lehigh Acres that a master plumber said "this is the worst smelling sulphur water I have seen in over ten years" about. After installation the rotten egg/sulphur smell has been completely removed. Everyone from the installer, to Rick the salesmen and Marcus the customer experience manager has been fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their water quality."

Jim was very helpful in assisting us in selecting a new toilet and even had his plumber pick up the new toilet for us.  As usual they did a fine job- removing the old toilet, installing the new one and cleaning up the area.

"They did a great job in getting here 3 times, very quickly each time, upon my contacting them. I initially used their $39.00 annual tune up deal offered thru Angie's List. David was very nice and informative. He identified the 2 possible problems that could have caused the unit to not perform. He sat the unit up with a new digital display unit after eliminating the internal motor's mal-functioning. The unit ran OK for a few days before I noticed that the water was collecting in the salt container. They sent a tech here quickly to find out what was wrong. The tech reworked the pipes in order to find out what exactly wasn't working properly. On the third call, David knew exactly what the 2nd culprit was and fixed it quickly. It was a blockage in the piping inside the salt container caused by a copper piping that had been used by the installer of the unit at the new address. This copper piping should have never been used by the installer. The installer was someone my realtor had recommended who wasn't licensed and both the realtor and the installer had lied to me and now they are being pursued by law enforcement. The fact that Ecowater and David are able to get here and rectify the problems quickly has allowed me to fix the water filteration system quickly and be able to include their reports in my evidence against the unlicensed plumber who posed as a licensed plumber and caused my damage to various areas of the house I bought from the realtor. I would recommend Ecowater Systems to everyone. They are quick and reliable and fair.

"Work completed as agreed to, in reasonable timeframe (one week). Nice job on patching drywall after tub replacement. Would like to see a little more coordination with plumbing to put same care and attention to detail as Joe, and keep work tools organized/out of the way of living space after hours. We did have some clean-up to do after the job was done (drywall dust, dirt, minor debris), but overall good experience and quality work. Joe was responsive to questions and minor issues that we pointed out day to day."

"I think I found them through Angie?s List.  We had a problem with a refining seal and he did a great job of re-installing it.  We have also used him as a handyman so that?s great.   

His price is more reasonable than the others and is certainly average.  I am satisfied with his work.  He is right on time.  He seems to be a nice guy and he is good."

"They made a bad situation good very smooth. I highly recommend them.Bill was wonderful the women who worked for them was great. The owner Brian couldn't be nicer and very informative. He took the time to talk to one of the home owners and made her feel a lot better. It was an upstairs unit so down stairs got damage. They worked so fast she was able to come bad to her condo in two days.I watch condos have worked with other companies. No one has ever work this well with me. They were just great.They were all very polite. Took care of these condos with much care.Were great with all the people involved. Made my job easier.Everything just moved along smoothly."

"Owner told me that it would cost around $700 to fix a bearing that went out in my front-loading GE (not very old) washing machine due to the very poor (inconsiderate) engineering design by GE and that I should rather use the $$$ to replace it at the store of my choice (with another brand) than have him repair it... Now THAT is honor in a business situation.

"Done within an hour, no more leak. Originally request to fix the leak but on the second thought, since it was an old faucet that might leak again, have it replace with a new one. Glad Have it done because the old faucet is corroded full of rust on the bottom."
