A been a general contractor since 1986. Here's a little history of my company. I worked Washington DC area, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. The company was contracted to Ryan homes in which they are the second largest builder United States. It took several crews to satisfy their needs. An addition there were crews running for the homeowners. And we had great reviews. At the present time I am located in Cape Coral Florida with the hopes of growing as we did up in the DC area. At the present time I have five employees. We do our billing through Quick Books program. The payments we broken down into thirds. One third of signing off contract, one third starting the project, and one third of completion and satisfaction. Right now we are promoting a 5% discount up to $15,000 or a referral fee.
