"What an awful experience . Was given a written quote of $2480 with a required 50% deposit, upfront, of $1240, which was fine. Eight weeks later, on the day of installation, the cabinet doors had been cut down to the wrong size and had to be reordered so had to wait another two weeks to get the correct sized doors installed. At the completion of the door installation I was handed an invoice with a balance $82 higher than the original quote of $2480. The office staff had no explanation why the final invoice amount was different from the original quote. Seriously??? I waited 10 weeks for cabinets and then they jack the price by $82.00 with no explanation?!?! What a scam. The only bright spot was the installer, Mikey. Very nice young man and he did an excellent job with the install and cleaned up everything when he was finished. Beware!!!"

I was question about a noted comment from my 4-point inspection report for a new insurance policy that described an old cloth covered wire they assumed was aluminum (that was replaced during the panel update) that was present but had been capped off and was not in use. Insurance companies want things their way and asked me to have this wire replaced with a copper one. By a certified electrician. Long story summary: the owner came out and removed the old run and capped the panel. After 14 years. They backed up their work. "
