He cleaned up the horrible mountain of glass and installed plywood into the door to allow the door to still be used. Being a special order glass due to the size of the door and the weekend and New Years approaching around the corner, we were afraid that it could be a week before we had the glass installed. "I have had the Access people out twice. First to fix broken springs several months ago and recently to analyze why door wasn't operable. The repairman believed a circuit board was burned out on the Liftmaster motor.
