"My Mold Test Company tester was polite, checked out my issues, & suggested specific solutions to them."

"I couldn’t have asked for a better customer experience. Mark and his team came through for us in a big way. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were the only customer - rarely do you have something go according to plan and completed on time. Stay Dry Waterproofing kept us updated on progress the whole time and completed the work way before we ever thought it could be done. I will be recommending this company to any friends who have water drainage/ foundational issues, whether it’s their primary residence or real estate investment property!"

"Marty conducted a thorough home inspection and provided a detailed quality report for us with photos. We are aware that all homes have problems, but Marty uncovered code violations and numerous egregious shoddy construction defects in a new build home that we were planning to buy. His report prevented us from making a costly mistake if we had purchased this home.. Marty was friendly yet professional. He provided excellent customer service and was even wiling to call us very late at night after our long work days were over and go over the report with us item by item. We will definitely call on Marty again when we need an inspection and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home."

"Very professional, would recommend. Takes time to explain source of mold and how remediation works. Does post remediation air test as well."

"I thought that Todd was very professional and was there at the time he said he was going to be. He let me know what was going on and answered any questions that I asked, no matter how stupid I felt they were."

"Scott was very professional and timely! He got our inspection done as soon as we needed it and we had a report in hand that day. He was very meticulous and even pointed out things that mandatory as far as the actual home inspection goes. The price couldn't have been better and for no extra charge he was able to tell us if there were and pest problems. He found some mold in our attic as well and we will be hiring him to remediate it because he did such an awesome job with our inspection!"
