After talking with 2 other companies and getting their estimates I decided to go with AJ  Waterproofing. <br>We scheduled the work and AJ and his crew showed up on time and worked neatly and diligently to install the french drain, sump pump and also another grated drain that runs along the front of the garage to catch water when I hose down the interior. Every thing that they did was very nicely done - clean straight lines, no dirt or rubble remaining around the job site. At the end they hosed and scrubbed both the floor and even applied an anti-microbial to the walls. <br>"

"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."
