"Paul was very friendly and helpful. He explained how the toilet was leaking and other possible causes for the small pool of water near the water shutoff valve. This was a revisit from work earlier done which had a larger leak."

"Technician was here to repair water valve & give estimate on next project. He did a great job"

"I question whether he has insurance. When I asked him about it he said he did, but the day he did the work, he could only show a 1-day insurance policy for that day. It made me a little nervous in case there were issues with the work in the days that followed. None occured.
Aside from that, he did a great job and performed the work requested.

"$108 to come out and diagnose the problem whIch was just a crack drain pipe receiver:) so they come out to repair it for an additional $249.83. I’m a bit confused by the price and ask how much was the part? They won’t give me that amount, they tell me it’s charged per job. Call to find out how much the part actually cost from Lenix, cost $67. They were at our house less than 20 minutes I was charged $180 for for 20 min. of service:( Won’t use them again:( I was also promised a phone call back to discuss a possible credit and did not receive one...no surprise:("

"They were responsive and quick. Expensive. We asked for a duplicate water heater to what we had and didn’t get it."

"Making appointment was easy and Ben showed up on time. Did not have to explain a lot what needed to be done and he took control of project. Returned next day to finish. No leaks!"

"I was very pleased with their service. I asked them to follow up with me because I was thinking about replacing some fixtures, and I never heard back. I thought the price was very reasonable. I thought he did a wonderful job. I was trying to figure out how to turn the water off in my condo. I found a lever and it didn't turn. It had been broken. He was able to manipulate it so that it didn't need to be replaced. He showed me what to do so I wouldn't have to call him back. I would give him an A for all of the service questions, but for the follow up questions I would give him an F."

"Badgerland was here same day within 1 hour. Fixed a problem with a septic smell that 2 other firms could not find. Found a cracked toilet seal. Excellent diagnosis and correction!! Definitely recommend them again."

"Theo Matt answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about all of my plumbing needs both the immediate ones and the ones that might occur in the future. The service person left me with a bit of a mess to clean up, but I believe he did a good job."
