"From the office to install crew service was excellent. Done in one day when finished was clean as if they were never there."

"I own an older cape that was built in 1959. My wife and I have been living with window air conditioners for the past 13 years, as the our house has no ductwork to accommodate conventional central air conditioning. We did some research on high velocity, micro-duct A/C systems as an alternative to conventional central air systems. We heard about Joyce Cooling & Heating from our next door neighbor, whose father had used them several years ago and we decided to give them a call. The salesman, Abe, came out the next day to determine project scope and provide a quote (scope can be quite complicated depending on layout of house). Abe went a step further and brought the owner, Tony, out to the house a few days later and together they explained the project in detail and provided us with ideas/options on how to configure the system. The project began on June 13 and was completed on June 16. The installation team (mechanic - Bob and apprentice - Mitch) was polite, courteous and most efficient. The amount of work that they accomplished in 3 days far exceeded my expectations. They left my house immaculate at the end of each workday. High velocity A/C systems are not cheap, however, my wife and I could not be happier with our investment in this quality product. The entire Joyce team is clearly focused on customer satisfaction and they made this an enjoyable experience for us. I would definitely recommend Joyce Cooling & Heating to others."

"We love our new Installer Jake from Pure Temp Heating & Cooling and our new AC & Heating System he installed that can be adjusted through the Phone APP. Jake was very knowledgeable and did everything he said he would do. Thanks Jake, for Your Home Services and your Service in the Military."

"Mike and his team were extremely professional and came up with a great solution for our home. We have baseboard and a combination of central air in the attic for the second floor and a minisplit for the 1st floor has been life changing for my wife who has bad allergies. Best investment we ever made."

"We could not have been more pleased. We needed to replace our first floor AC, which is a split-type ductless system, about 17 years old. We had an idea of what the cost would be from an online site: [*** Link removed ***] We got 4 bids, 3 from A rated Angie's List contractors to install a Mitsubishi system (top of the line). Except for one, which was off the charts, the bids weren't that far apart. While Unique was not the lowest bid, we chose them for three reasons: (1) Jason (their rep) was the most savvy about the Mass Save and Mass CEC Air Source rebates, which were quite significant (he handled all the rebate paperwork for us); (2) Unique was able to do the job in a week; and (3) Unique included all the electric work into the total bid (rewiring was required). The installation team (John and Quinn) was excellent. It took them a day and half, They were quiet, neat, professional, highly respectful of our homes and proud of their work. We had worried that they would have to remove wooden ductwork which had been recently painted, but they managed to snake the new hoses through the existing ductwork without disturbing anything. Unique had an electrical contractor on site who replaced the breakers on our electrical panel, installed a higher capacity wire from the panel to the AC system, and replaced the cutoff switch on the outside. We were quite pleased with Unique's work, and would definitely recommend them to others."

"They just replaced my furnace and added central air to our home. They were professional the entire time. They kept me updated to the progress. I would recommend them and call them again if I ever need work in the future"

"Many people complain about too expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. Yes I could have picked cheaper but I researched the furnace they recommended, Amana, always in the top 5. When the installation was done I was surprised to find items not included with contract were repaired with no comment. Their service, maintenance and equipment are 5*"
