We experienced rain during the roofing and the crew made a couple of bad judgments in the circumstance. I had some damage. However, Bill stood behind their work and repaired the damage. He painted the ceilings in my kitchen and living room and garage because touch ups in the areas would look like touch ups to problems. He did a great job and overall I'm happy with the quality of both the painting and roof. When it rained, it leaked and caused damage to my family room ceiling- a definite mark against All Weather Seal, BUT, I must say that I have never seen a company stand behind its work like they did. They immediately sent in a crew that tore out the damaged area, re-drywalled it, then repainted the entire Family/dining Room area, and of course fixed the faulty roof panel.

"Jason Walker, owner and installer, was very professional and courteous.  He did exactly what he said he would do and more.  He called before coming over each day to let me know when he would be arriving.  He and Kenny were very careful to clean up any messes created by the process.  He was thorough with all of the work and was careful to explain the process.  He was also very careful about the plantings around and near the foundation.  Put down boards to protect the lawn from the wheelbarrow loads of dirt that were removed.    I can't imagine the other company that bid the job and said it would be done in a day, would have been as thorough or as careful of my plantings and the house.  The other company also told me I didn't need a header for the 4 ft by 4 ft hole they were cutting into the foundation of the house.  Wrong!  I am very pleased with Jason and the job he did.
There is absolutely no hesitation on my part to recommend him to anyone needing a basement egress window or basement drainage system.  This is the kind of contractor you want working for you."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
