"We had storm damaged aluminum siding replaced with vinyl siding. This was done during January and we were cautioned that work would be performed weather permitting. Of course, all of the snow and rain arrived and it took longer than expected to be done. However, the work was top notch and workers extremely courteous and aware of maintaining a clean working area. "Champion struggled to get our project finished, having to come back and finish the project weeks after the initial install. They quoted quickly, got me scheduled for initial install quickly, and even got the windows in within a day. But when the installer said they'll be back in a day or two to finish the cosmetic stuff... they did not. It was safe in the short term, no damage, no risks, but cosmetically awful. The company was quick to recognize the problem, extremely communicative, and didn't charge anything to make it right. They stood by their promise to make it good for us. They also fixed our torn screen for free; the wind blew a heavy patio umbrella and it slammed into the window, tearing the screen. Side note, not even a smudge on the glass. It is quite handy to have technicians locally that you can just drop in to drop off a broken piece. Overall quite happy but it took a bit to get there."

"Excellent work. From the beginning of the meeting with the sales rep through the workers that handled the deck replacement, they were all friendly and professional. When the installers arrived on day one, they had the old deck tore off and the new deck done except for the stairs. The next day they completed the deck and cleaned up the work site. Love my new deck and how quickly the job was completed. I will hire them again for other projects I need done."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"From the day Mac came to our house to explain options and clarify the process and price, we were sold and convinced that using All-Weather Seal was the best option to meet our needs.  Even after the initial order we requested a few minor changes and he was very accommodating.  In fact, as we placed the order over Labor Day Weekend, he even came to my work place to pick up the check we made and finish all details for the order.  After we finished the order when we finalized changes, Mac came back to my office to sign the contract again with requested changes.  He always accommodated our needs and our work and after-work schedules of my wife and me.  Just about the time we were going to call All-Weather Seal about the installation of the windows, sure enough Mac called again and let me know I would  be hearing from the installers about setting up a date/day/time to do the work.  One of the staff came to do one final measurement of all the windows and within a few days the installers came to our home on a Saturday to remove our old windows and install the new ones.  They were on time and prompt in their arrival.  They were respectful of our home and took care to make sure everything was done properly with the installation throughout the day.  As they worked they cleaned up what was not needed any more, then left the area in front of our home spotless as if they had never been there and the new windows had always been in place.  We were totally impressed with the entire process, the price and the work ethic, honesty and workmanship of all involved.  While we did not have a budget to do ALL the windows at this time for our entire house, we would contact All-Weather Seal in a minute if and when we are interested or able to install other windows or doors in our home.

"There were some issues because some of the gutters didn't get done. There were some issues. He couldn't get to them or something like that. I think he could do better. He didn't do much let's put it like that. We have already a gutter system in place. He didn't clean all of it, I think some were too high, I don't think he had a big ladder. I can't remember the exact price. I told him we didn't need a cleaning we wanted an inspection of the gutters. It wasn't quite what I wanted."
