The installation of this shingle included the air circulation system/roof vents that will help keep the house cooler in the summer. Higher quality materials and protection under the shingles with Class 4 hail resistant shingles made this an easy choice. Included is the GAF Golden Pledge Warranty - 50 yrs of coverage/protection including materials and labor. Home Owners Insurance will now go down and that alone will pay for the upgrade over the previous shingle. A very efficient crew of installers worked almost non-stop to finish the roof in one day. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Crist is a very professional, dedicated roofer. He bid the roof in a timely manner, started when he said he would, obtained the necessary city permit, and completed the job at his bid price. The only things I wish more of would be photos sent to me to see the progress (a distance job), but outside of that, fantastic!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
