The only glitch was a delay in receiving and reviewing the electronic copy of the contract. Initially I was unable to open the contract document. It may have had something to do with the age of my computer. The crew showed up and they worked very hard until the job was finished and only took a short lunch, which was more like a break. They cleaned up the job site very well. Good job guys. The project foreman came the very next day and inspected the job site. Great follow up and information. Thumbs up to all involved."

There was some trouble getting parts in my small town and I was without water for several days. Anyway, I now have running water again! I never thought I would ever look forward so much to doing laundry. 🙂"

The gentleman that came and completed the template was friendly and walked me through all of my options for what I wanted to accomplish and made budget friendly recommendations. The installer were great and cleaned up after themselves after having to cut out the sink after installing the tops."

"It went well. She lives in a different state so everything was done electronically. She was fairly responsive. However she said that she’d send fabric samples, and I never received them."

"Went well as could be expected, needed a part and ordered, when part came in found out we needed another part which delayed fixing our heat for almost a week in total, but having a carrier unit and not having parts in town is what made it difficult, not A+ plumbing and heating. I will be hiring for all future plumbing and heating work!"
