His proposal for termite control was comprehensive, reasonably priced, and included a three-year warranty. It also included repair of portions of the roof eaves. Will is personable, professional, and very knowledgeable about termite control. His work is excellent, and he is also very considerate in performing his services (e.g., covered the floor and hallway to prevent dirt and damage from inspection of the attic). He also does a very good job of cleaning up after he is done. We highly recommend Triton Termite and Pest Control."

"I used Home Advisor to identify companies that handle pest control in my area. Four companies showed up and Hi-Tech Pest Control was one with highest rating. However, I sent requests to all four companies that showed up on the Home Advisor web site. And Charity Waldman, the Hi-Tech Pest Control office manager called me within two hours of my online request. The call was very professional, asking all of the right questions in a very pleasant manner. The other three pest control companies either didn't respond or did respond about two or three days after my online request. Steve Barton of Hi-Tech Pest Control came to my house and introduced himself and explained what he would do during the house inspection. I can't say enough about the high quality and friendly service I received from Hi-Tech Termite Control. As it turned out, my problem was not with swarming termites but flying ants in my attic and water damage to my back porch posts. He found one small isolated area that had a start to dry wood termite damage. At the end of the inspection. Steve explained that their wasn't a major problem that I couldn't correct on my own. He gave me the option of using his company for repairing and correcting all of the problems noted or correcting the problem on my own. I am extremely satisfied with Hi-Tech Termite Control's quick response and service. Steve's professional manner and helpful information made Hi-Tech Pest Control made me feel confident that was the company and people I would always want to deal with in the future. "Willful Disregard We just had the house tented for termites. We call D&S because they did a great job 15+ years before. They were not the cheapest, but we went with them because of the good previous work. The sale person was on time and professional. It went downhill from there. D&S is not the same company. I’m still having a hard time comprehending the willful disregard for our safety and our property and unprofessionalism during and after the work. The list is long but will keep it down to a few highlights. 1-They had no Corvid protocols in place, 2- Pull several plants up by the roots and threw them over the bank 3- Broke over 50 tiles on the roof 4- Remove gutters and left them hanging 5- Damaged the new solar system. 6- Two works used the bathroom, peed on the floor and wall, and did not flush the toilet. They have no customer service and no sorry. I wish I were exaggerating. There are so many other companies that use someone else."

"Excellent. Painless. We saw dropping from our wood framed sliding glass door, so we thought it had to be termites. The last time we had termites, we tented and it was awful. We were delighted that this company advertised with KFI radio or else we wouldn't have known about them. The two licensed inspectors were very thorough. They explained how each of their treatments worked. As they found termites, they showed us the droppings. When the technicians arrived (on time) to do the work a few days later, we were pleasantly surprised how considerate they were. They were efficient, knowledgable, and cleaned up after themselves. They even brought their own vacuum cleaner. We would use them again. So nice that we didn't have to move out for a few days and are confident our problem has been taken care of."

"I've had a contract with ECOLA for ten years or so. They come and inspect every year, or during the year if there's an issue, and if they find anything, they treat it. The inspectors and technicians are very professional and friendly. They wear "booties" in the house to protect the floor. Most important, when they treat termites they don't come back.
