He arrived early and did exactly what he said he was going to do each day, i.e. carefully removing the broken tiles and old adhesives, then setting the new ones in place and finally grouting the newly tiled areas. We could not be more pleased with the end result and consider ourselves lucky that John was the one who responded to our call for help."
