"Five Star Bath Solutions (FSBS) replaced our non-functioning basement bathroom whirlpool tub with a new whirlpool tub + shower wall replacement. FSBS was very easy to work with, from the initial in-home meeting to the completion of the installation. We were kept up-to-date on start date and other pertinent details and pre-install queries were answered promptly. The replacement/instillation itself was completed efficiently, the crew arrived when promised, the crew was very respectful of our property + home and we received a detailed walk-through of the completed project. "We asked Mike to cost out the renovation of a 1950's walkout rambler we purchased for retirement. He was responsive and professional. During the walk though of the project he added suggestions for details which were important but not adding any significant cost to the project, it was a difficult decision but we decided to go with another contractor. The quotes of the two contractors were very similar."
