"<p>Where to begin....the short review: My husband and I highly recommend Alamo Exteriors! They do exceptional work and their entire team is very easy to work with and very professional. </p> <p>The details: We spent a lot of time trying to analyze whether to put money into our existing home or sell it and start fresh and buy a newer home. We finally decided to remodel our home. We received about 4 or 5 quotes from various siding companies. They all had their stories to tell about what they could do for us and what it would cost us. We decided to go with Mark Belto and Alamo Exteriors. Mark explained in great detail the process by which they would install the new windows, siding, and our new screened-in patio. He wasn?t the least expensive, but he wasn?t the most either. Mark was always very polite, informative, and always accessible. He even gave us his cell number and would stay in touch with us, even over holiday weekends. He came by the house regularly to check on the progress and would call us to keep us informed of the progress. He has a keen eye for detail and always made sure our requests were dealt with, and always with a sense of urgency. In addition, all of his workers that we met were extremely polite, responsive, and easy to talk to. I was impressed by the way Mark talked to his workers as well. They all love him. He never talked down to them, but spoke with each of them as an equal when explaining what he wanted from them. They are a great team! It seemed that even with our minds made up before they began, my husband and I kept throwing little changes at them. They handled every request with grace and were very accommodating. I?ve always heard that remodeling jobs take their toll on couples but I have to say that this was the best experience I?ve ever had. They handled our home as if it were their own. They did a magnificent job! I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them over and over again! I can honestly say that we did not have one single ?encounter? during the entire makeover. "Great thanks to Green Igloo and Stephen Sweet!! Just completed my living room renovation which is the third project I've had done by Green Igloo. The first was my kitchen a couple years ago and it turned out even better than I imagined and is beautiful. Then my hall bathroom. And now my living room, which totally compliments the kitchen work. "After locating Anderson's Family Remodel on Angies List, they were the first and last company I called.  Trisha was incredibly friendly and personable on the phone, like talking to a neighbor or sister.  They filled my ears with all the information I needed to hear and estimate appointment was made for the next day.  He showed up right on time and called as promised before he arrived.  I found him very professional and the estimate, which included materials was to my liking.  Appointment to have work done was made. <br /> The morning of the work day not only were they on time but a tad early which I found refreshing in this day of "its okay to be late" mentality by many service providers.  He and his son worked quick and professionally with a wonderful father/son relationship.  I also found this very refreshing and made me feel comfortable and included (very important and often forgotten).  They asked questions as they arose, gave advice as needed, and advised me on parts and pieces I needed to replace that were not part of the job at hand.  Tips and tricks of the trade were given in order to make my job of tiling easier and more efficient.  The work was incredible and exactly what I asked for.  When done the kitchen was cleaned and all trash was picked up and placed as requested.  After they left I found a small area we both overlooked, I called and they were back at my gate within 10 minutes to finish...simply impressive.  They closed and locked my gate after pulling out and I was left with a big smile and feeling of satisfaction at the work that was done.  After reading about so many remodel nightmares I would definitely choose this fine Family Company again. <br />"
