The technician arrived within 10 minutes of our scheduled appointment. He spent 20 minutes inspecting the chimney, and took a lot of pictures. When on phone with the owner the technician seemed to be thorough and confident. Payment was easy with vemmo. He was professional and knowledgeable and didn’t try to sell us a new roof like some roofers automatically do. This company put on our roof many years ago, and we have not had any problems with it. They told us that if we upgraded the skylight to one that is solar powered we would get a tax credit of 30% of the entire job, a savings of over $2000. We weren't planning to replace the skylight but the numbers made sense. When we filed our taxes for that year we learned that the skylight they used did NOT qualify for the tax credit. They mislead us to spending an extra $2,500 on the job. When I called to complain I left a message but no one ever returned my call. This is after they didn't do a good job on the roof and it took them months to come back and fix the leaks they caused. STAY AWAY!! Show less"
