"Harmond was very knowledgeable and understood this model. He looked at the situation and found that a service bulletin was issued for this model, which three previous repair in-person repair technicians had not told me about. He diagnosed the problem as requiring a new kit to replace the main PCB control board and the display board. He gave me the OEM part number. I highly recommend Neli Virtual Appliance Repair, my first virtual repair experience. Cost $35. I would do it again. Took 15-20 minutes to install app and pay at start of appt."

"Michael was great! Same day response to my initial contact. Next day he was diagnosing the problem. He found the part and I ordered it so no upcharge on part. He came back next business day to install new part. He may not always be able to respond the next day depending on how busy he is but he will respond as quickly as possible. A very personable man, efficient, responsive and he will be my appliance repair man from this point forward."

"Provident did the work efficiently, replacing only what was needed rather than redoing the entire job, which saved me money and time.  I would definitely use them again.

"I recently had a gas wall oven and a dishwasher installed. The installation team did a superb job with both appliances. They were courteous, provided excellent customer service, and charged reasonable prices."

"I wish my first call had been to Eddie and Repair Tech Plus. He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. During the initial diagnostic visit, he very honestly talked to me about the cons of repair -- that depending on which component needed to be replaced, it may approach the cost of simply buying a new (albeit smaller) set. I decided to go ahead with the repair anyway, and Eddie did everything he could to make sure we got it repaired efficiently and in a timely manner. I really do wish I hadn't let another repair service waste a week and that I had simply found Repair Tech Plus first. Eddie and RepairTech Plus made what can potentially be a stressful situation comfortable."

"Went well. Technicians need to be trained to perform safety procedures for appliances maintenance checks. Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. More training is needed please. Thank you for your service."

"I found Mike Baker on Angie’s, and I couldn’t be more grateful I did. Mike went above and beyond with the installation of my freestanding stove. He is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and genuinely friendly — a true professional who takes pride in his work. From start to finish, Mike made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, integrity, and great customer service the way he does. If you need any installation or home service work done, look no further. You will NOT be disappointed with Mike’s work! Highly recommended!"

"They came in with equipment and did the promised services that were indicated with the coupon/special. They told me that I had mold in my duct. They showed me  an already opened "mold indicator stick" as proof.    They offered to treat it for about $1000. After some discussion and a few back and forth calls to the company office they offered to do it for $499 that or any day I the future. This just left me wondering if I had mold and how could the price drop by half? Just don't know what to make of the experience to be honest."
