They really took the time to listen to us and the project manager, and Namita, followed up with us every step of the way. My hardwood floors are refinished beautifully, and they also ended up putting in my laminate wood plank, when the store dropped the ball and never bothered to do the installation. Both were done professional and look amazing. They were also so fast! All in all, not only is this company well run and professional, their employees end up feeling like family! The Sheen was not quite right for the first try and they came back promptly and fixed it. I highly recommend this company."
