"It has gone well for over fifteen years. I have rarely had to call them. When I have needed to call, they have been responsive. In 2000 I joined the Boston Oil Consumers Alliance (BOCA), (now called Mass Energy) to save money on heating oil. BOCA said the dealer would be Genove. Since then, Genove has consistently filled the oil tank before it ran out, and charged me the price negotiated by Mass Energy. Genove has also done annual service on the oil burner. During a big home renovation, they inspected the oil tank and convinced us that it was in good shape and need not be replaced. When a new porch covered the oil fill point, they installed piping to relocate it."

"Outstanding service and professional installation!!"

"We could not have been more pleased. We needed to replace our first floor AC, which is a split-type ductless system, about 17 years old. We had an idea of what the cost would be from an online site: [*** Link removed ***] We got 4 bids, 3 from A rated Angie's List contractors to install a Mitsubishi system (top of the line). Except for one, which was off the charts, the bids weren't that far apart. While Unique was not the lowest bid, we chose them for three reasons: (1) Jason (their rep) was the most savvy about the Mass Save and Mass CEC Air Source rebates, which were quite significant (he handled all the rebate paperwork for us); (2) Unique was able to do the job in a week; and (3) Unique included all the electric work into the total bid (rewiring was required). The installation team (John and Quinn) was excellent. It took them a day and half, They were quiet, neat, professional, highly respectful of our homes and proud of their work. We had worried that they would have to remove wooden ductwork which had been recently painted, but they managed to snake the new hoses through the existing ductwork without disturbing anything. Unique had an electrical contractor on site who replaced the breakers on our electrical panel, installed a higher capacity wire from the panel to the AC system, and replaced the cutoff switch on the outside. We were quite pleased with Unique's work, and would definitely recommend them to others."

"Installed central heat pump system on time with no issues. Technicians were professional and did a great job. Great communications from proposal through installation phases of project. Highly recommended."

"The install team of Mynor and Steve were very professional and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently, explained the operation of the new unit well and left the place cleaner than they found it."

"Was honest and gave me proper info about my ac unit, allowing me to avoid paying for a service call that would not be able to do anything."

"Excellent. Finished on time with no issues during or after installation"

"Amazing experience! The team installed my heat pumps quickly, was very professional and made sure everything was running perfect."

"They are really a top notch company: - they responded immediately to the inquiry - they sent Brian, an experienced HVAC solutions salesman. He â got itâ . We have a 1951-built house, with these 3.5â round â spider legâ ducts, heat only. We were told by other companies that those had to be replaced, and the result costed 2.5 x as much! He was the one who figured out if we ran a return duct up to the second floor, we could have A/C up to the second floor. - we had oil and converted to gas, purchased a new gas-fired unit and new central A/C using the existing ducts - the installers were top notch, worked non stop and were clean. They did not drag out the project. The communication between Brian and them was complete, they understood the various pieces of the scope. - we had a small hiccup in the beginning getting the initial work scheduled, but after that the front office was communicative on when folks would be coming out and completing the project. Not just their own workers but also their subs (electricians in our case, we hired plumber separately). - Iâ m now sitting in central a/c! And no more 15 degree difference walking up to the second floor. I highly recommend ARS from top to bottom. Itâ s been both a pleasure and a relief having them work for us."

"CJ personnel is great and very professional, very responsive. I will use them as my principal vendor for any electrical and heating needs. Great job"
