"The hot water heater went out twice and I called on the following Monday night with no response. Once I went up in my attic to relight the hot water heater ( 4th attempt) I noticed the old pan was left up there, an old hose was left up there. I wouldnt use them again"

Turns out this wasn't at all the case, it was just overflowing. Although he was incorrect about that, he did fix the ice maker in my refrigerator without charging me."

He prepped the space before starting work. He thoroughly cleaned up after the job and offered to return if we need his assistance when the installers arrived. He requested the model of the new refrigerator and checked the dimensions to make certain it would fit.
