"Called Lifeline to find a leak in wall behind the fridge. Discovered it was an improperly capped feedline to the icemaker outlet for fridge. They replaced the cap and stopped the leak. We discovered the the house had in the floor main water feed lines, and the plumber had to knock out holes in several places before he found the line leading to the icemaker line. But after all that, he chose to not cut the line and cap it there.
So he made a mess trying to find the leak and a solution, did fix it, but cost me another couple hundred to get a handy man in to fix the drywall holes.
But really bothered me was he kept pitching to me to re-plumb the entire house as the lines were old and being in the concrete slab was going to continue to be a problem, even after I politely told him it was not a solution I was interested in right now. Didn't take no for an answer.

He said I could finance it, I said no. He came down to $6,000.00. Again I said no, he came down to $5,600.00.? I told him I would just do alot of praying.? Carlos said if I needed him to come back to clear the line he could do it for $150.00 next time.? Two weeks later sewer backed up.? I called another plumber. I don't like to accuse people, but it sure seems Carlos finds a lot of broken pipes under peoples homes."

"It went pretty well. Andrew responded quickly to my call and informed me to reschedule the appointment due to his emergency. Andrew and his assistant showed up on time and are very professional. They jet cleaned the drainage pipe in order to run the locator to find the sewer line exiting out of kitchen to the back yard. Their price is very reasonable, a lot lower than the other plumbing company that I got the quote for the same work. Highly recommend their service and will reuse them again.

"I had already taken the trap off of the piping under the sink and cleaned it out, that didn't fix the clog. Since I realized the clog was somewhere in the pipes behind the wall, I knew I needed professional help. On a Friday morning, I called several places... some of which told me they couldn't get to me until the following Tuesday, others put me on hold when I called, and most were just generally unhelpful which made me decide not to use them. The owner answered the phone immediately and was able to answer questions and was able to fit me into his schedule within less than 24 hrs. When he arrived he put covers on his shoes and (with no prompting from me) was respectful of my wood floors and carried his necessary equipment instead of rolling it through my house.
