"We bought the Big Deal for a $75 appliance repair, thinking that they would fix our washing machine for this price.  We should be so lucky. Having a crew in the area, they came out the same day and told us that the drain pump needed to be replaced, and that it would cost $160.  I guess in retrospect I should have realized that parts would be extra.  We had bought the machine used for about $200, and would have traded it in for another used one for about the same price.  As it was, we spent more than that to fix the old one.  I have no complaints about their service, professionalism, or punctuality.  But if I had known the total price beforehand, I would not have chosen this option.  As it was, once I bought the Big Deal, I felt like I was already invested and it limited my choices.

"It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me."

"Went well to this point of replacing parts. Then the United needed to have a system leak test and then needed freon put in pump. This was refused by Choice warranty. We were left with a partial repair and a heat pump not able to do it's job."

"I was very amazed and pleased to see how efficient their processes were. As an attorney and business owner, I can appreciate Abry Brothers treat their customers with respect and ethics. After receiving many estimates, I had no doubts about using Abry Brothers. Their history and background caught my attention and their business beliefs and processes sold me. My home is very important to me and I couldn't just allow any company do the extensive repairs that were required. From the time the work began to the completion, I was impressed with the efficiency, cleaningness, and advanced techniques that other companies I interviewed didn't portray. Overall, I rate Abry Brothers an "A" for all of the above and would recommend to anyone who needs small or huge repairs. John Fisch

"They have been out for the electrical. They have been out for the pool. They have been out for the sump pump. Its the fee for the service call. We have used them for the last 3 years.
