They did not try to oversell; I was given three options, including replacing the current system with the same choice (the cheapest) and two additional choices providing different options at different levels of cost. Other companies that provided a quote only offered one option and looked for a decision immediately, The two service techs that came out and installed my new system were exceptional. They wore masks and gloves for my safety and explained everything that they were doing each step of the way. The system has been in for a week now and I am still having difficulty getting used to how wonderful the water feels compared to the many years of super hard water. The company was an excellent choice and will be my plumber from now on."

"I called Don to fix a leaking water line from a previous fridge that had been taken out that had an ice/water maker. Don came to my appt exactly on time and he was efficient and quick for the repair. No talking on cell phone re private calls etc. It ended up being a less involved repair than originally anticipated and he did not try to upsell me or do more complicated work than was necessary so the final cost came in a bit under original phone quote which was very nice. This is an new home for me and there was another concern that came up last night that Don could not stay for to complete bc he had another appt after me to be on time for (great reliability for all his customers!) but he did take the time to explain what was needed for that future appt which was courteous. Also I am a single woman and felt completely safe having Don in my home. In an additional plus, he was friendly to my dog who I only had to put away bc heâ s a wild boy and very nosy but Don seemed that he would be comfortable around a calm dog. I would absolutely hire Don again."

"Very quick response to inquiry, professional tech , clear communications, very quick response and full quote on the spot. As expected, although minor annoyance, there were upsells (tankless flush, water softener) but the pricing wasn’t consistent with market rates we’ve been able to get elsewhere. I get that the margins are probably thin and time is valuable, but rates quoted for other parts and labor were a bit high. If the quote for additional parts and labor (but especially parts) were in the ballpark of other estimates, I may have had additional projects completed in the next day or so (possibly even in this same trip - good for company and me). I’ll presume the workmanship will be solid and timely. Tech is working on my project as I type. I would recommend Precision with the heads-up that estimate may be a little in the high-end. But timeliness may be worth it."
