I explained the problem that the baseboards behind the fridge and stove needed minor repair and chalking because I was having an ant problem and I knew for a fact that's how they were getting in. He moved the stove and was very easy not wanting to scratch my floors and repair the baseboard. He then did the Fridge and was done.He had me check it and everything looked great.
