"Abraham has been to our home twice - one to repair a heater coil in our dryer and this past weekend to fix our refrigerator. Both times he was professional, knowledgeable and really knew what he was doing. We had done both repairs previously by another contractor but they were done poorly and did not last. Abraham did the repairs right. I recommend him and Atlanta City Appliance Repair highly."

"I had to hire a local, appliance repair business who came to my house and reset the panel. He did not have to replace the latch ."

"Both appliances are working just fine"

"Mike called me immediately after I sent him a request. He kept me up to date on what was going on with the part. He swept behind my stove where I did not have to. I highly recommend Mike. Mike also took the fee off that I had to pay when he first came out since I used him."

"Extended gas line into kitchen and replaced electric stove top with gas stove top. Excellent!!"

"Called several places for quotes and decided on G Force plumbing. Rob J came by on Jan 4th 2016 to initially install a 50 gallon electric water heater. I then decided during the install that I should go ahead and replace the gas water heater located in the basement as well since both were the same age. Rob made a call to have a gas water heater delivered to my home and installed two water heaters the same day. Rob was great and very professional. Fast forward to December 12th when I had my furnace tuneup performed by a Heat/Air company. The guy noticed that an expansion tank was installed in the upstairs water heater but not the downstairs. He suggested I contact the company that installed the water heater. I contacted G Force to ask if that was normal. Jamie had indicated that Rob may have thought that the one expansion tank was all that was needed due to how he thought the water lines were configured. Jamie did say that an expansion tank should be installed in by the basement water heater after describing to him the number of bathrooms we had at the house and where each water heater was located. Two nice guys from G Force came by five days later to install the expansion tank and finished the job within 20 min. Installed two water heaters and pressure reducing valve. Everyone I dealt with at G Force have been nice and professional. I will definitely use them for my rental properties."

"Thomas Goodwin was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. He ensured I had the right products installed to ensure my family's safety (correcting the builder's mistake regarding our gas line). He explained how the equipment functioned and made sure I was comfortable using the appliance. He also conducted a follow-up call a few days later to make sure there were no issues."

"It is fixed setup next day appointment made through Angie's List call. Te hnician called 30 minutes ahead of schedule time window and arrived on time. Tech was very polite and professional. Diagnosed the long term problem with the Amana gas cooktop as a ele tric starter module going bad. He was able to temporarily fix the igniter for auto flame starting. Determined the part was no longer available with the model age. They honored the Angie's List discount for the service call. Very reasonable price. It is Fixed Tech offered a replacement cooktop for s fee if I wanted to change now or later. I decided to wait and shop around. He was not pushy. In the meantime, the gas stove is working well and ignites automatically. I will use It is Fixed Appliance Repair again."
